A 1/3rd of purchase price non-refundable deposit (_) is required to hold this puppy. The balance of the purchase price must be paid in full before this puppy is picked up or shipped. A shipping fee of an additional (_) is to be paid in advance before puppy is to be released. The shipping fee includes the cost of the flight, our representative caring for this puppy in transit, and the health certificate from our licensed veterinarian.
This contract/condition of the sale is made for the benefit of and the protection of both Buyer and Seller. Seller offers a 72 hour Well-Puppy Health guarantee. This means that Buyer must take this puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a health check-up within 72 hrs. If the veterinarian diagnoses this puppy with any untreatable illnesses, Buyer is to return this puppy to Seller immediately. A replacement puppy will be given with the return of this puppy when one is available. All registration papers must be returned as well as proper signatures for transfer. If puppy was shipped, Buyer and Seller will each pay 1/2 of shipping cost for replacement puppy. If Buyer chooses not to take this puppy for the health check-up within 72 hours of possession, no guarantee is made and no exchange will be accepted. Seller requires a copy of Buyer’s health check-up report dated and signed by Buyer’s veterinarian for Seller’s records to be sent with in 3 days of seeing the veterinarian to validate guarantee. If Buy does not supply records, no guarantee is made.
Seller guarantees a two year Genetic Health guarantee from birth date for this puppy with life threatening congenital (heart, liver, and kidneys) diseases only, which must be substantiated with a autopsy/necropsy by a licensed state lab (such as Texas A&M.) A replacement puppy of equal price, size and/or color would be exchanged when one is available once documentation from a licensed state lab has been received by Seller verifying congenital condition. Without written and verbal documentation to Seller from Buyer's licensed veterinarian, no replacement will be made. Seller will not replace this puppy if this puppy has gone to different owner, other than Buyer stated on this signed contract.
To the best of Sellers’s knowledge, this puppy is healthy at the time Buyer takes possession. Seller will provide Buyer with the puppy’s inoculation record. This puppy has been vaccinated with Vanguard Plus 5 vaccine, and has been wormed on a regular schedule beginning 3 weeks of age with Panacure or Strongid T.
Seller does not guarantee against internal or external parasites, and viral or bacterial infections. Seller has no control to what this puppy is exposed to after this puppy leaves Sellers care.
Seller does not guarantee against under or over bites , hernias, patellar luxation, cherry eye, fontanelle, or against Hypoglycemia, as these are common in toy breeds. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to prevent Hypoglycemia from occurring. This puppy must eat at all times and be kept in an area no bigger than 4’ x 4’ to spend most of their time during their growing period.
There are no guarantees of any kind as to the ability of this puppy to breed or as a show dog. While size can be estimated, there are no guarantees as to any certain size, color, or temperament at maturity.
Seller will not refund money. Buyer cannot return this puppy to Seller if Buyer has buyers remorse, landlord issues, relationship issues or whatever the reason. Buyer is responsible for all veterinarian fees incurred or any other associated charges in connection with this puppy.
This agreement is made and entered into the state of Texas, in the county of Kaufman and shall be informed and interpreted under the laws of the state. Buyer agrees to provide this puppy with proper veterinarian care, diet, housing, socialization, and grooming for it’s entire life. Under no circumstances is this puppy to be placed into a shelter, a pet store or placed with a rescue organization or foster care.
I, the Buyer, and I, the Seller, agree and accept the above contract/condition of sale.
