Our Shipping Information

We understand the concerns that our new families have regarding the shipping of their new puppy. We would like to take a moment to explain our method of shipping so that we can put your mind at ease.

We fly our babies via American Airlines only and DO NOT SHIP COMMON CARGO. Our babies can be delivered to you via American Airlines in the company of a representative of Three Star Farms who will fly your puppy directly to you. They will be in the company of this representative at all times and can be monitored for the need of water, food, or just a little play time. They are flown in the cabin just as you would fly (we carry them on as a carry on bag), so there is no concern of weather issues (heat or cold) or their needs not being met during the flight. To provide this service, we need to ask of our new families to be flexible in their schedule so that they can meet our representative on the days they have available to make these deliveries as these flights are done on a standby basis. In the cases in which we are not able to have our own representative fly our pups, we can use the American Airlines Priority Parcel Service flights in where all puppies are shipped in the company of an airlines employee who will take them on the plane and hand deliver the puppy to you. In either case, your puppy will be in the best of care!

The shipping fee is an additional $300, which must be paid in advance. the shipping fee includes the cost of the flight, the cost of our representative caring for your puppy in transit , and the health certificate from our licensed veterinarian.

We hope that this give you a more comfortable feeling when it comes to choosing a puppy from Three Star Farms and please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions regarding our shipping services.
